Curious, I inquired about my email address, but before I knew it, she hung up on me! It seemed awfully suspicious, didn't it?

On the 30th of March, 2017, I received a rather dubious call from BT claiming that there was an issue with my internet connection due to some hacking on my line. They wanted me to input a specific command on my computer. I found it quite hard to believe - clearly a scam!

I received a call from someone claiming to be from BT, insisting that our internet connection had been compromised. They urged me to take certain steps immediately to prevent our service from being disconnected. However, upon reaching out to my actual internet provider, they assured me that everything was perfectly fine with my line.

So they’re claiming there’s some dodgy goings-on with my internet? Honestly, don't these folks have better things to do than pester us? They should really find themselves a decent job instead of trying to swindle innocent people.
