Just got a call from someone saying they were the "BT investigation team" with names like Brad Harris, Estelle, and Michael Shaw thrown in. They told me my IP was being used for some dodgy stuff in Nigeria and threatened to cut my service off. Don’t fall for it! They’re not from BT and definitely should not be given access to your PC. Total scam.

Dont pick up! Its a total scam and they pretend to be from BT’s investigation team. They usually say their name is Brad or Estella Rogers - just ignore them.
