Earlier today, I received a rather dodgy call from this number, claiming they had successfully processed my PPI claim and that a cheque was on its way to me. However, they insisted I purchase Ukash vouchers worth £295 to hand over to their 'driver' upon delivery of the cheque. Naturally, I informed the caller that I couldn't possibly manage that kind of expense. To my astonishment, he suggested I should just borrow the money from friends or family! I promptly ended the conversation and contacted the proper company handling my PPI claim, only to find out they had only just received my documents. To make matters worse, within half an hour, a woman from the same number rang me to say they had my cheque in hand. I requested my PPI claim reference number, and she seemed utterly confused. After a bit of back-and-forth, she hung up on me when I reiterated my request. I've reported the incident to the police, and they’ve noted the number. They also advised me to log this on the relevant online platform. Quite the saga, really!

I've been receiving calls from this number around two or three times daily, and they insist they're from a firm called PPI Claim Line. I've made it abundantly clear that I'm not entitled to any PPI, yet the calls keep coming. Honestly, it’s becoming rather tiresome and infuriating at this point.
