I received a rather unwelcoming call from someone trying to exploit a vulnerable individual in order to gain remote access to their computer. I dialled the number listed above and am currently waiting for a callback from this organisation.

It's abundantly clear that Jon Miller was associated with the Windows Support Group, trying to divert attention from the legitimate concerns we've raised. If you venture over to the Windows Support Group's website, take a gander at their terms and conditions. You'll quickly realise that their credibility is utterly questionable. We're resolute in our mission to see this fraudulent firm brought to an end, and ideally, to ensure that those unfortunate souls who have been swindled by these charlatans get their hard-earned cash back.

Indeed, this appears to be the Windows support team. They offer fantastic assistance at very reasonable rates. We have been thoroughly pleased with the level of service they've provided.

I had an eerily similar experience: a phone call from what I believed to be the Windows Support Team, reaching out concerning issues with our PC. They rattled off an impressive list of error messages, even presenting a lengthy log of these alarming faults, which left me feeling quite unsettled. They proposed to clean up these errors and install antivirus software for us. With our limited understanding of tech matters-just like Margaret Forrester mentioned earlier-we ended up handing over some cash. It turned out to be linked to Xensys, and I’m now in the midst of informing the proper authorities about this incident.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, urging me to input something on my computer. She warned me that if I didn’t comply, my hard drive would be shut down. I didn’t follow her instructions and instead noted down her number, which is the one mentioned above. It’s best to steer clear of this kind of call!

I must say, the Windows support team turned out to be a really authentic bunch! They sorted out all the pesky viruses plaguing my computer without any hassle. Plus, they provided us with an antivirus licence key at an incredibly affordable price. Quite the bargain, if you ask me!

I recently received a call from this number, and let me tell you, the person on the other end spoke at such a rapid pace that it was nearly impossible to discern who they were or which company they represented. Their tone was rather irritable, and they tried to persuade us to visit a website called ammyy, claiming it would enable them to remotely access our computer. When we pressed for clarification about their identity, they claimed to work for Windows! We then asked for their number so we could verify their claims, and lo and behold, we stumbled upon these comments.

I just had a right peculiar experience with this fellow who rang us up, spouting the same old lines. We told him to ring us back in five minutes while we double-checked with Microsoft, just to confirm our suspicions about this being a blatant scam. When he did call back, we let him know we saw through his nonsense, which really seemed to rile him up. He ended up unleashing a torrent of expletives! Called us various rude names and implied we were a bit thick, but all it did was make us chuckle. In the end, we just ended the call, laughing all the way. What a laugh, honestly!

It’s the same old tale, isn’t it? It’s hard to fathom how these individuals seem utterly oblivious to the situation at hand. When I asked this rather poorly spoken chap-sounded to me like he might be from Pakistan-about his name and number, he responded with "Finley Powell" (I presume he was trying for Findlay). Naturally, we didn’t bother calling back-it’s quite obvious why!

My husband encountered a situation involving a similar ring a short while back. Unfortunately, he can't recall the number, but thankfully she cottoned on to the fact that it was a scam and let them know exactly what she thought of it. Fast forward about a month, and we received a call with the same old nonsense. We simply laughed it off and hung up on them. Since then, we've not heard a peep from them again!

This caller seemed just like the rest of them. She introduced herself as Lee Murphy and claimed to have Irish roots. Although she mentioned she was calling from St John's Street in London, our phone indicated it was an international call. I’m keenly anticipating her to get back in touch. I’ll definitely be giving my family and pals a heads-up about her.

I received a call from this number, and the chap on the other end insisted he was from Microsoft, claiming they were contacting me about issues with my computer and some error messages. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be "Greg Thompson," and let me tell you, he was quite the character! He insisted that I should check out this website immediately for guidance. Well, it didn't take long for us to realise we were being scammed. We firmly told them that we wouldn’t allow any access to our computer unless we had the green light from our tech team, considering we operate a business from home. We’re incredibly grateful to this site for helping us recognise the scheme! Phew, we managed to outwit a fraudster this time! Cheers, everyone!

I’ve been keeping a close eye on everything regarding the Windows Support Group and just checked the site-it's vanished as of a minute ago! It seems quite likely they’ve rebranded themselves with a different name and phone number. So, be on your guard for those pesky phone calls that sound all too familiar. It’s vital we keep sharing our experiences and information. Let’s band together to put an end to these unsavoury characters who prey on the unsuspecting!

Could you clarify what information you've got to substantiate your claim regarding this? I've received a call from the company.

Recently, we received a pair of calls from a chap named Jon, and just today from the number listed above. Apparently, he was clued into our computer troubles and claimed we’ve been hit by a virus, offering to remedy the situation. We're kicking ourselves for shelling out £119.99 under the impression we had antivirus protection for the next eight years. I've got another call lined up with the Windows support lot first thing tomorrow, but in light of this experience, we’re starting to suspect something’s amiss and have taken precautionary measures by cancelling our bank card.

This morning, I received a call from someone named Jon, who was ringing from the number mentioned above. He claimed there were issues with our system and suggested that he, a so-called expert in computer repairs, could sort everything out right away. However, as soon as we mentioned our own expertise in tech, their demeanor shifted dramatically and they seemed rather flustered. I urge everyone to steer clear of this individual and definitely do not heed any of their guidance or instructions!
