Caution! This woman is undoubtedly a con artist! She pretended to be from BT and tried to intimidate me by saying she would terminate my internet service unless I pressed 1.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, but the voice was definitely American. They wouldn’t let me erase the voicemail either, and kept threatening to disconnect my internet if I didn’t ring back. Felt pretty dodgy to me.
