Called whilst I was out and about, but didn’t bother to leave a message.

Received calls on both Wednesday, the 15th of July, and Thursday, the 16th of July 2009. Strangely enough, there was no follow-up email left. Just to clarify, we are indeed registered with the phone preference service.

I had the misfortune of dealing with a rather bothersome chap named Maurice, who was incessantly trying to pitch some investment opportunities. However, I discovered that his company was not registered with the FSA, which raised my suspicions. After what felt like an endless barrage of phone calls, his tone turned rather hostile and pushy-definitely not the sort of service one would expect!

It seems that this is a classic case of 'Boiler Room' scam. This outfit is trying to push utterly useless shares on unsuspecting individuals. Contrary to what they might have you believe, their operations aren't based in London; they're actually situated in Spain. Authorities are now on their tail, as they've swindled folks out of thousands in hard-earned money.
