I was given what’s purported to be a cancellation order number for Ketoneslim, but all they've done is palm me off. Their customer service emails send you right back to that same number, leaving you feeling rather stuck. I’m seriously considering heading to trading standards to put a stop to their misleading advertising, as they really seem to ensnare individuals in a contract only to continue charging them monthly, all while dismissing any cancellation requests. I highly recommend getting in touch with your credit card provider to contest any of their attempted charges!
