She asked if I had recently tried to purchase an iPhone through Amazon, and when I said no, she told me the phone wouldn’t show up in my basket and I couldn’t remove it myself. Apparently, only she could delete it if I downloaded a specific app. Then she asked whether I had an Android or an iPhone so she could guide me on which app to get.
