2 yearsI’m almost certain this is a scam. Someone claiming to be from o2 kept going on about sending me some “super 5G sim” or something, saying they're upgrading customers and that the SIM would arrive via DPD tomorrow. Then they wanted to put me through to their dispatch team. If o2 really wanted to send me a SIM, they’d just do it - they already have all my info. Didn’t trust it one bit. As soon as I hung up, they called me back twice straight away. At no point did they bother to confirm my identity or ask any security questions.
