Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, even though it’s been like 15 years since I last had a phone with them. They said they wanted to give me a refund for some overcharge. I found it pretty funny, to be honest. Then they asked for my email to ‘verify’ me. I questioned if they didn’t already have it, and they said they did but still needed me to say it. So, I told them to send me an email first and I’d get back to them. Guess what? They just cut the call straight away. Suspicious as anything!
