I was quite clear about what I thought of the whole thing, but the caller just kept pushing - must be really tough not to take a hint! To do that, they’ll try to persuade you to download some software called 'Teamworks', which gives them access to your screen. Then, they’ll urge you to log into your emails and bank accounts, presenting some phoney error logs and walking you through their dubious ‘fixes’. Honestly, it’s all just a load of hot air-what they truly want is your banking credentials to siphon off your hard-earned cash. IT'S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I managed to keep 'Robin Watson' on the line for nearly 15 minutes while I pretended my computer was sluggish, all the while telling him I was not particularly tech-savvy and needed step-by-step help. Eventually, I cottoned on to his ruse, and when I confronted him about his intentions, he had the audacity to ask why I was wasting his time! He got quite rude after that...
