I received two calls this week, both quite puzzling. The caller claimed to be from the electricity and gas company, but when I asked for the specific company's name, they hesitated and finally mentioned Opus. They started talking about new prices, but I quickly informed them that I wasn't interested and ended the call. It definitely seemed like some sort of scam.

Today, I had an unpleasant encounter with a company that made an abusive phone call. The person on the other end of the line, who was quite foolish, insulted me by using inappropriate language twice and making inappropriate requests. It is important to address the issue of utility companies selling phone numbers. This incident seems to be related to my recent communication with British Gas, Scottish Power, and N Power for business electricity renewal. Unfortunately, this seems to happen every time and it's quite disheartening.

We have been receiving persistent calls from an individual named Mark Li, who appears to be ignorant and foolish. This person has repeatedly contacted us regarding matters concerning electricity and continues to call us back despite our previous conversations.

Today, I received a telephone call from a particular number. The person on the other end of the line spoke in a manner that was quite challenging to comprehend. Nonetheless, he claimed that he was dialing from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and insisted that his cousin had an acquaintance with our manager. In an attempt to gather more information about his company, I questioned him further regarding his affiliations. He replied by stating that he represented the Electricity Department. Curious about the location of this department, I persisted in asking, to which he reluctantly admitted it was Utility Energy based in Manchester. Realizing that our business had no need for their services, I promptly ended the call. Without a doubt, it was evident that this interaction was a fraudulent attempt.

A gentleman named Jabban Ali, who is from another country, called and requested to speak to my father about a bill. He repeatedly rang the phone, which became rather bothersome.

Absolutely obnoxious and overly confrontational! They persistently attempt to peddle energy contracts and such. They won't stop ringing, so best to steer clear of them. Just your typical call centre nuisances, relentless in their harassment!

I received a rather aggressive call from someone claiming to represent a gas and electricity company. They were incredibly rude and quite combative!

I received a distressing and offensive call from the aforementioned number. The caller identified themselves as being from Lahore, Pakistan. I find this situation highly unsettling. Why would our utility companies share our personal information with a country that has no connection to us? Pakistan is known to be a perilous nation, and it is startling that individuals there would choose to call and harass us, British citizens. This behaviour constitutes a major criminal offense.

I recently had a rather entertaining phone conversation with a call centre representative. This gentleman was quite insistent on speaking with my manager, whom he believed to be named Harry or James (which is not the case). He claimed there was an issue with our operating system. Unfortunately, his grasp of the English language was not very strong, and he mentioned something about the CIA. I immediately clarified that I had no affiliations with the CIA, to which he surprisingly responded that he himself was from the CIA. Can you believe it? Feeling skeptical, I expressed my doubts, which prompted him to claim he was anonymous and threatened to hack into my computer. Eventually, frustrated, he abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up the phone. Quite a curious encounter indeed!

Just like everyone else, Ali eventually began swearing and asked me if I had voted for Brexit, assuming I was that kind of person. I told him to take his electric contract and insert it somewhere unpleasant. What an impolite individual!

I received an incredibly impolite marketing phone call inquiring about the individual responsible for managing utility bills. The caller, Amir from Pakistan, rudely disregarded my request to not be contacted as we are not interested in their services. I find it puzzling why British households are being solicited from third-world countries.
