I got two calls just minutes apart from some people claiming to be from an accident investigation firm, sounded like they had Asian accents. The first call was hard to understand, and when I asked where they got my number from, they just hung up on me. The second time I told them I wasn't interested and asked them to take my number off their list, but again, the call was cut off. It’s annoying because these calls keep coming even though I’m registered with the TPS!

We've been receiving calls from accident investigators claiming they've been informed of an incident involving us. Strangely, they won't disclose any details about who was involved or who made the report. Whenever we clarify that this is a company number, they promptly end the call. This morning alone, we've encountered the same scenario at least ten times. It's quite baffling!

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent who said his name was Stephen and he was from the Accident Investigation Department. He asked if I was alright after my “accident” and said they’d been informed I’d been in a car crash. Thing is, I haven’t had a car for over 4 years! I’m also ex-directory, so I never hand out my landline to anyone. Definitely sounded fishy to me.

How curious it is that a chap claiming to be from Microsoft’s Computer Department is ringing from a UK number - his accent suggests he’s not quite local. He went on about how my Microsoft computer had been compromised and was allegedly being misused. I entertained his spiel for a short while before revealing that I’m an Apple user. Almost immediately, he claimed that I’d be getting a call from the Apple team regarding this hacking issue. It’ll be intriguing to see if they actually follow through with that. Clearly, this whole affair reeks of a scam aimed at pressuring folks into purchasing software or downloading something dubious. Stay vigilant, everyone!

The call centre in Glasgow is an absolute shambles. The staff seem utterly clueless and devoid of basic manners, let alone any reasonable command of the English language, if that’s what one could even call it. I've had numerous conversations regarding my elderly mother, who is quite frail, and time and again I’ve made it clear that these unsolicited calls disrupt her peace. Despite her registration with the Telephone Preference Service, they continue to bombard her with calls. The most recent offender was a so-called advisor named "Sophie"-though I suspect her real name is anything but that. Her grasp of the language was woeful! When I requested to escalate the matter to a supervisor to ensure my mum's number would be removed from their system, she simply hung up on me. Truly disgraceful and unprofessional conduct. It would be a great relief if these people were stripped of their ability to continue operating. It’s an utter disgrace.

This number keeps ringing me up about some crash I supposedly had a couple of years back. The caller sounds foreign and it’s always the same voice but they keep using different names. I’ve told them it’s a scam and to leave me alone, but they just ignore me and call again after a few weeks. Honestly, someone should do something about whoever’s behind this number.

Today at around 10:20am, I received a call from this number claiming they had my address and phone details due to some accident. I knew it was rubbish straight away and told them to piss off before hanging up. Some bloke got in touch, sounded like he was working in a noisy call room.
Had a strong Asian accent mixed with a bit of an American vibe, but he told me his name was 'Matthew'.

He inquired how my day was and mentioned something about a recent accident I’d had.
I replied I was doing great and appreciated the ask.
Then I chatted about how cracking the weather was here and asked what it was like where he was.

Next thing, he hung up.
