Not entirely sure what to make of this, but got a call around lunchtime from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT. She asked if I was happy with my BT broadband service. Thing is, I’m with Plusnet, which is actually owned by BT, but still felt a bit iffy about the call. Plus, the number showed as 0203, and I’ve heard some dodgy calls use that. I always thought BT’s London numbers would start with 0207 or 0208, so that made me more cautious.

Just tried calling the number again after my last post to see if it might be from BT but got some automated voice saying "Number not recognised." Makes me wonder if it's one of those dodgy numbers you aren't meant to ring back? Really odd.
