I got a call claiming to be from BT's tech support saying there was an issue with my internet. They wanted me to log onto my computer so they could "fix" the problem. I didn't follow their instructions and ended the call straight away. I later contacted BT myself, who confirmed they hadn't rung me and that it was likely a scam to get into my PC. I've since blocked the number to be safe.
