Got a call off some bloke with an Indian accent saying he was ringing from Carphone Warehouse. He tried to blag about a 40% discount on the iPhone 11 Pro, which is bonkers considering the 12 Pro's been out ages now. Got a call from someone saying they were from Carphone Warehouse offering an amazing deal. However, Carphone Warehouse themselves tweeted back in May 2021 saying they never make cold calls. So, this is probably a scam. They even posted something like, “We’ve been told people are saying we cold call, but we want to make it clear we do not.” Seems dodgy to me.
