Got a robo call claiming it was from HMRC saying I needed to do something ASAP. It sounded proper dodgy and I know folks might get stressed and not know what to do, maybe even follow what the voice says. Best thing is to just hang up right away and report it, it’s a nasty scam no doubt!

Got a recorded call claiming to be from hmre saying me or my lawyer had to ring back or else there’d be serious consequences. Told right away, this is a total scam. Best thing to do is just report it to the proper authorities and not engage at all. Definitely don’t fall for it!

Today, I received a rather menacing automated call purportedly from some dubious HMRC representatives, apparently based in India! Frankly, I'm fed up with these types of calls and would absolutely appreciate a halt to them. This marks the third scam number that has reached out to me in just a few months. It seems they've somehow managed to get hold of my number!

Received a call claiming to be from HMRC, but I knew straight away it was a con. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now. Honestly, just ignore these calls, block them, delete, and make sure you report it. That’s the safest bet really.
