We received a missed call from 02031591049 at 12:16 PM on the 9th of November 2009 on our mobile. Curiously, we decided to look up the number online and came across several remarks from others who had experienced similar calls from the same number.

We received a call from these folks and decided to file a claim (we coughed up £50 thinking it was worth taking a chance). It took about three weeks for them to sort out a refund from Barclays. On the downside, they keep ringing my mobile, pushing for more claims, despite us telling them we've already received our money back. It's a bit of a nuisance to be pestered like that, but on the bright side, they did manage to secure us a whopping £14,665 in the end.
