When we pressed them on how they obtained our phone number, the representative mentioned that they had acquired it from another firm along with numerous others. We asked them to remove our number from their database, and the agent assured us it would be done promptly. However, it's evident that it wasn’t, as I am still receiving calls. To say I’m not chuffed about this situation would be an understatement.
