For ages, Virgin Media have never used stuff like TeamViewer to fix problems, even for folks who aren’t great with tech. You gotta understand, once you let someone in remotely, they can look through all your files, make your screen go blank so you’re none the wiser, and even sneak in stuff like remote access trojans. And seriously, why on earth would Virgin Media be calling from a BT number? People these days are stuck staring at their phones like zombies, but if you take a closer look at the number and where it’s from, things might not add up.
