So this guy, sounded Asian, called me up and gave it away that it was a scam when he used my wife's maiden name - which is what this number is still registered under, even though she hasn't gone by that name for like 30 years! I couldn’t catch much of what he was saying because there was loads of noise in the background. Once I mentioned that, he just cut the call straight away.

02031546502 rang me on 11/02/22 at about 09:25. This is the fourth time they’ve phoned since the first call on 27/01/22. I have a recorded message stating this number is on the TPS list. They really shouldn’t be contacting TPS registered numbers, and after ringing four times, they must know by now. I’m almost certain they’ll call once more and get the same message again. Total scam!

02031546502 rang me on 08/02/22 at about 08:42 and then again today, 10/02/22 at around 11:57. They also phoned before, which I mentioned on 27/01/22. My phone has a recorded message for cold callers saying the number is on the Telephone Preference Service. They've heard this message now at least three times but keep calling regardless. They should have taken my number off their list by now. I'm pretty sure this is against the law and could be reported to the Information Commissioner’s Office. I’ll have to look into making a complaint soon.

Really felt like a dodgy call. I asked the person on the phone to say the name of their company again because I couldn’t catch it, they were mumbling so much. Then suddenly, the call just dropped and went quiet.

I accidentally picked up a number almost the same as this one last week, and now they wont stop calling me, sometimes as early as 7 in the morning. They always say "we’re calling from Microsoft" which is a dead giveaway it’s a scam. Microsoft has clearly said many times THEY DON’T MAKE COLD CALLS, they only take inbound customer support calls. So anyone calling out of the blue claiming to be Microsoft is definitely bogus.

Initially, no one was on the line, but later, an individual identifying himself as "Eric", claimed to be from India and approached me for a quick survey. The first question asked about the brand of my washing machine, followed by inquiring about my internet provider. Right from the beginning, I suspected that this might be an attempted scam call, so I was curious to discover their motives. However, I chose not to respond to the second question as I believed that either they were attempting to sell me something or trying to gather information about our contact details for future fraudulent calls regarding our washing machine or internet provider. Perhaps they would say something like "Hello, I'm contacting you about your washing machine warranty - it is brand X, isn't it?"

Stating that I wouldn't answer the question, the caller promptly ended the conversation by remarking, "thank you for wasting my time."

These people seem to be going off some outdated list, trying to fish for your info, most likely bank stuff, to renew some washing machine warranty from ages ago. Initially, I hung up the phone about six times, hoping they would understand that I was occupied. However, on the seventh call, my frustration got the better of me and I inquired about the matter at hand. Unfortunately, the person on the other end of the line decided to use offensive language and abruptly ended the call.
