I encountered a woman claiming to be from Microsoft, her accent unmistakably Indian. When I confronted her about her deceitful intentions, she shockingly responded by telling me to 'go to hell.' What a ridiculous situation!

I got a call from a lady with an Asian accent claiming my computer was full of viruses. I played along for a bit, listening to her instructions, then told her I actually didn’t own a computer. I called her a scammer and told her to sort herself out. She then swore at me and just hung up. What a cheek!

Some bloke called about an issue with cookies on my computer, but I told him it sounded like a scam and got quite annoyed before hanging up. Despite that, he kept ringing. On the sixth time, when I finally picked up, he asked why I was upset. I said it was because of him and asked for his number. He gave me 03448002400, though I could tell it was dodgy. I said I'd look into it and ended the call. He's since rang three more times, but now I just ignore it completely.

I received a call from someone purporting to be a Microsoft representative. According to him, there were several problems with my PC, and he urged me to search for a particular software on Google to download. I’ve come across information about this kind of scam before, and it appears that it’s actually a ploy to install a virus. With that, they could potentially lock me out of my own computer and subsequently extort money from me.

I got a call from 02031545729 where some bloke claimed to be from Microsoft, saying there was a big problem with my PC software. Thing is, I don’t even use Microsoft stuff, and he kept things pretty unclear. It was obviously a scam trying to trick me. I sternly told him he was either a conman or working for dodgy people, hoping to put him off.

Someone rang me saying they were from Microsoft Security Live, gave me a number like 03448002400, but when I checked the last calls (1471), it showed a different number actually calling me. The bloke said there were loads of alerts on my computer in the Windows event viewer, but I think those things are always there anyway. I told him I was just reading about how to avoid tech support scams on Microsoft’s website and then hung up. He kept calling back, threatening to “cancel my licence.” Very dodgy if you ask me.

Some woman called claiming to be from Microsoft, and when she wouldn’t do what he asked, he got put through to a supervisor. Even then, the supervisor still wouldn’t help. The guy got really rude, started shouting and even threatened to take legal action and said the police would be knocking on my door in an hour!

The lady was speaking all muddled and I had no clue what she was trying to say, so I just figured it was some kind of scam and went ahead to block her number.

I was handed the rather interesting licence number 888DCA60FC0811CF for my Microsoft machine. They instructed me to enter CMD followed by ASSOC in the search box. I decided to have a bit of fun and pretended to be an elderly, hard-of-hearing person who was utterly baffled by the whole situation. I kept them on the line for an amusing ten minutes! The call ended rather abruptly when I cheekily suggested typing 'Assole' into my computer, which resulted in a fit of laughter. Quite the entertaining escapade!

Today, I received a series of calls from a gentleman named John Williams, who spoke with an Indian accent. He claimed to be from Microsoft and insisted he was required to rectify issues with our computer. However, when I requested some proof of his identity, his tone turned quite aggressive and confrontational.
