Got a call from a nicely spoken young man saying he was ringing for some company, never mentioned who though, about loft insulation surveys. He said they were operating in the RH postcode area and asked if they could come do a survey. Thing is, I haven’t lived in that RH postcode for years, plus I live in a council house now. Pretty obvious it was just scammers using old info, trying their luck. As far as I know, for council properties, loft insulation stuff is handled by the council, not random companies!

I reckon this insulation outfit is just trying it on with a scam. Looks like they’ve probably been boosting their reviews by having employees leave fake comments on wcm.
