Among the various collection agencies out there, this one seems particularly ineffectual, and it’s gained quite the reputation on the Consumer Action Group forums. Fredricksons seems to have a cosy little arrangement with Bryan Carter, an attorney infamous for his dodgy dealings. A quick search of her name or a chat on any UK debt advice platform will reveal a trove of unflattering information about them. Suffice to say, it’s far from favourable.

They then claimed that the conversation couldn't proceed without it, which raised alarm bells for us. To be honest, it just feels rather dodgy.
