Debt collectors aren’t allowed to call before 9 in the morning or after 5 in the evening on weekdays, that’s Monday to Friday only. They must stick to office hours, and they definitely can’t ring you on weekends.

Fredericksons! Even tho the original firm messed up the debt, Fredericksons keep hounding me non stop. I was under the impression there were laws preventing this kinda behaviour. They can’t leave voicemails as they’re blocked, but they never send anything in writing either! Some bloke said he was from Fredrickson but there was no proof whatsover - the number isn’t even listed on their website or anything. They keep ringing me on both my mobile and landline, asking for some Cheryl Clancy. I’m a 77 year old bloke with a beard and definitely not Cheryl. These calls on my mobile have been ongoing for ages, and at one point it was a different company doing it. Why’s nobody done anything to stop this? Go ahead and keep phoning my mobile, you muppets - it’s always turned off. And I’ve got caller ID on my landline, so I never pick up if I don’t know the number. So carry on ringing, idiots.

Got a call today, 17/1/16, some bloke after my company details. He claimed my name wasn’t recorded as a director on Companies House (total nonsense, I told him). What’s going on with these callers? How on earth did they obtain our number? It’s quite frustrating as we have no outstanding debts, so they shouldn’t have any reason to pester us. They've been bombarding us with text messages, insisting there’s a job opportunity and urging us to return their call. This has been dragging on for over a month, and they never provide a credible explanation for why we should engage with them. They’re an utter nuisance, and judging by the feedback on this site, they appear to be a completely hopeless company.

They rang us multiple times before we finally picked up on the fourth attempt, but there was no one on the other end. Honestly, I've got no idea who these callers are. If this continues, we'll have no choice but to reach out to Ofcom for assistance.
