So, I got this call claiming to be from the 'BT technical team', saying my phone line was going to be cut off because of some 'fraudulent activity' they supposedly found. The choices they gave were a bit different this time: "Press 1 to sort it out, or just hang up if you don’t want to deal with it." Felt like a proper guilt trip to me. Honestly, I can't see BT ever handling things like that.
