We continually get these pre-recorded calls from this number, and while it claims to be above board, it’s utterly vexing. The minute we answer, there’s silence on the other end, and they hang up after about fifteen seconds - completely bizarre. If your intentions are genuine, it would be nice to identify yourselves to the folks you’re calling. Until then, it certainly feels like there’s something suspicious going on!

There seems to be quite a few discrepancies in the information presented. You claim to be "23 years of age", but that's not quite right, as your birthdate is listed as 30th September 1988 according to the records from 192.com and Jordan's. Thus, that would make you 22, not 23!

Can anyone help me out? I bought a new phone recently and got insurance as part of the deal. But just a few days back, this number rang me up and started talking about their own insurance plan. Before i could say anything, they said they’d add their insurance cost to my bill, then just said bye and ended the call.

I tried ringing back but no luck getting through. I definitely don’t want their insurance and have no clue how to stop them from billing me for it.

This number has been calling me loads, but it’s always one of those automated things. When I pick up, there’s just silence, and then the call drops after around 15 seconds. If you’re a legit company, it’d be nice if you actually identified yourselves - otherwise it just feels sketchy, like you’re trying to hide something...

Hey!

I just got back from a week away in Spain and saw I had two missed calls from this number last Wednesday and Friday. I decided to look it up online and after seeing a few comments, I realised I’m paying £14.99 a month for phone insurance through Carphone Warehouse. So, first thing Monday morning I’ll be ringing Mobiles 4 Less to get a better deal sorted and cancel that overpriced policy.
