I've received two calls from this number, one of which got cut off abruptly! I tried returning the call on two occasions, but I ended up hanging on the line for nearly a minute each time-with no answer. I can't shake the feeling that I'm being taken for a ride here. Consequently, I’ve decided not to engage with them any further; I simply can't be bothered to waste my time waiting around for a response.

Haha, I can’t help but chuckle at these cringe-worthy sales calls! :p Back in the day, I worked in a call centre ourselves, and it was always infuriating when people just tuned out. We were only trying to help them save a few quid! Just received a call from this number and didn’t pay them any mind, but I might just give them a bell back since I’m actually in the market for some phone insurance - I’ve got a bit of a knack for dropping mine!

I've got to chuckle at Annie's comment - £14.99 per week? What a complete swindle, I can't stop laughing! But you know, I can't help but wonder if you're actually affiliated with them, because your replies defending the company sound strikingly similar to each other on numerous complaint forums I've come across. Isn't it rather peculiar that they don't seem to have an official website? A quick search only led me to pages filled with grievances. Very shady indeed!

Blimey, these callers are relentless! Every time we pick up, they either hang up or we’re treated to a few minutes of nothing but muffled sounds before the line goes silent. It’s beyond frustrating! You can tell it’s one of those automated dialling systems-I used to service them, so I know the drill. And as for the phone insurance, don’t even get me started! It’s a total scam if you ask me. Have a look at the fine print and all the loopholes; it’s enough to make anyone wary. Save yourself that fiver a week and just invest in a good contents insurance policy that covers your phone too.

Upon joining this platform, we were lured in by the enticing offer of a complimentary week in exchange for our glowing praise of their services. While we've obliged, I must candidly express our gratitude but ultimate rejection of such a proposition. It’s quite clear to us, lads, that this is nothing more than a sophisticated ruse!

Have a gander at the mistakes in those entries! Blimey, what a fantastic bargain! Honestly, I can be quite the klutz sometimes. Oh, and let’s not forget - this is all coming from the very first lady to bear the name William!

Asurit Ltd was an outfit registered with the FSA and is obligated to adhere to specific compliance protocols. If you find yourself with a grievance regarding their services that hasn’t been adequately addressed, you can seek redress from both the Financial Services Authority and the Financial Ombudsman.

I received a call from this lot about ten weeks ago and ended up getting charged twice by Asurit Ltd. I had to go through CISA for a chargeback shortly after, once I realised just what a scam these people, along with Mobiles for Less Ltd (which appears to be under the same ownership of James Turner and Joseph Waite, as per Companies House), truly are. Best to steer clear! The reviews on this site seem extremely dodgy - honestly, who comes here to sing praises unless they've been given a little incentive?

I've had a couple of calls from this company today - each from different numbers, yet they both lead back to the same complaints on this site. It's quite hard not to be sceptical; I might even begin to wonder if Simon Elliot is just a made-up persona! What I really want to understand is why they don’t allow anyone the courtesy of answering their phone calls. It does seem a bit strange for a company that is supposedly involved in sales, doesn't it?

I've recently signed up for a policy with Asurit, and I must say, they've saved me a staggering £216 across the entire duration of our agreement! The dodgy phone shop that originally sold us our policy had us on a ridiculous £14.99 per week plan. However, after having a chat with the folks at Asurit, they clarified that that price was simply unacceptable. Now, I've switched to their more reasonable £5.99 a week option. At first, when they called us, I wasn't particularly thrilled since I tend to be averse to cold calls. Yet, looking back, I’m genuinely pleased we went ahead with this! 😄

Blimey, it's so annoying! We keep getting these calls where the moment we answer, they just hang up. Sometimes, all we get is a few minutes of random background chatter before the line goes silent. It's infuriating, to say the least. I'm convinced it's some kind of auto-dialler - I once did a bit of maintenance on one myself, so I can spot their tactics a mile off. Honestly, I'm not in the market for mobile phone insurance; it's an absolute scam if you ask me. Just take a gander at the fine print and the exclusions. Better to save that fiver a week and invest in some good house insurance that covers your phone too!
