Got a call from someone called Nasim, he sounded Asian and tried to push a better deal for my phone plan. I told him I was fine with who I’ve got right now and even said I'm on the TPS list, then asked nicely for him to take my number off their list. Weirdly, he already knew my name. Since my number’s ex-directory, it’s obvious someone’s sharing it without permission.

Just a heads up for everyone > my mum, she’s well into her 90s and used to be really sharp and always telling us kids to watch out for dodgy calls, actually ended up giving her bank info to someone on this number after they chatted her up nicely. Now she’s anxious they might mess around with her money and guess who’s stuck trying to clean up the chaos? Me.

Recently, I've been bombarded by calls at all hours from some unknown number. Whenever I pick up, they either hang up or start quizzing me about my mobile provider. It's become incredibly frustrating! I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so you'd think these persistent callers would take a hint that I'm not interested. I really don’t want to receive daily sales pitches or whatever they’re attempting to peddle. I absolutely refuse to share my personal details with strangers over the phone. I'm absolutely fed up with this lowlife who persistently rings me up to spout nonsense about the Holocaust being a hoax, and to make matters worse, they have the audacity to suggest something revolting involving a toddler. Is there any chance someone could share the contact details of a senior executive over at BT? It would be brilliant to be able to reach out to them every time this vile individual decides to disturb my peace. It's highly evident that these companies have the means to put a stop to such callers whenever they choose, but it seems they're more interested in their profits than safeguarding their customers.

I'm utterly exasperated with these incessant phone calls, both day and night! I've asked them to cease repeatedly, but lo and behold, just a few days later, they're back at it as if nothing had happened. Is there any way I can put an end to this nuisance for good?

Those dodgy individuals who struggle to string together a proper sentence in English certainly do not represent Windows or Talk Talk. They’re nothing but con artists. Don’t engage with any of their queries - just cut the call!

I had a rather peculiar encounter with an Asian lady who identified herself as Judy, claiming to be from Direct Sabe Telecom. When I mentioned that I was considering reporting her activities, she abruptly ended the call. Quite the suspicious behaviour, wouldn't you say?

Got a call saying I was owed some PPI money back on a loan that ended ages ago, and I never had PPI on it anyway. The person on the phone spoke awful English and it was really hard to catch what they were on about. I reported the number to my phone company (Virgin Media) and they said they'd look into it and block the caller.
