Most likely those calls are coming from some call centre in India! They keep switching up the numbers, so blocking them doesn’t really work since it’s a new number each time.

Got a call from someone with a Aussie accent, claiming I was on my phone while driving. It was one of those automated calls, if you keep responding it just keeps going, but if you stay quiet it asks "you still there?" then finally ends the call. Total SCAM.

Some chap with a cod accent, reminiscent of characters from The Archers, has taken it upon himself to accuse me of letting my dogs chase sheep, claiming he’s resorted to shooting and burying them! What really has me fretting is that my ward is on the autism spectrum and one of those dogs serves as his emotional support companion. When we’re away, he often picks up my phone. If he were to hear such alarming messages, he might take them to heart, and that could lead to some rather dire outcomes.

The first bloke spoke really clearly and accused me of mooching off his WiFi to watch adult stuff. The second caller, who sounded like the first but with a Welsh twang, was just as daft.
