This 02031298110 number rang my husband’s phone claiming to be a recruitment agency with an amazing job opportunity. When he asked how they found him, they just repeated they were headhunters. Are these prank calls made by people messing about? It’s disgusting! My husband’s been job hunting and struggling, and then he gets nonsense like this! Just had a really frustrating call from this number saying I wasn’t allowed to drive my car because apparently I was using my phone. The cheeky bloke didn’t even seem to get that my phone was linked to my car’s sound system. He ended up swearing and being really rude. Total nightmare.

When I asked how he found my number, he threatened to send me to court if I kept questioning him. Then he said it meant 6 points on my licence or something. I got a call from this London number even though I’m based up here in Scotland, which struck me as odd. The bloke on the other end, with an Indian accent, said my takeaway was ready to be picked up. I told him he’d reached the wrong person. Still, he kept insisting he had the right number and started rattling off what I had supposedly ordered. I explained again that I live in Scotland, so there’s no way I made that order. Then he accused me of being “mean” for calling him with bad intentions and threatened to give my number to every local restaurant. At that point, I just cut the call.
