Picked up the phone only to hear some weird chuckling and mumbling behind the caller. They called me by my first name, saying they were from social housing. Thing is, I’ve never been involved with social housing, so I just told them I was busy at work (which was true) and ended the call. No way am I answering this number again. I’m always wary of these random cold calls, so I told them to ring back later but had no plans on handing over any info. With all the scams going around nowadays, it baffles me why they even try. If they’re legit, no one’s gonna spill their personal stuff just from some unsolicited call. Honestly, the constant pestering made me hate them even more! Ended up blocking the number.
