Some guy rang me saying he was Glen from Direct Connect Telecom, telling me my monthly charges were going up. He told me to ring 02031296453 if I wanted to cut down my bills. I don’t think he was genuine at all, seemed like he just wanted to get hold of my billing details.

I've been receiving persistent calls from this number, but every time I pick up, they just hang up without saying a word. It’s rather frustrating, and they never leave a voicemail. Does anyone have a clue who might be behind it?
