I believe I’ve stumbled upon the phone number for Arc Labs Inc, located at 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS. Around a year ago, I made a purchase for some products - specifically a bottle of Ultra Power Cleanse tablets and another of Ultra Ketone Plus tablets. The company promoted these items as complimentary samples, requiring only payment for shipping and handling. Consequently, my bank card was charged solely for those costs.

However, it’s quite peculiar that out of the blue, they’re demanding a payment of £153.60 exactly one year after my order, and I’ve received correspondence threatening to pursue this debt. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? I reached out to my bank, but they informed me there’s nothing they can do to help.
