I just had a rather peculiar exchange with a bloke from what sounded like a rather chaotic call centre. He had an Asian accent and was rambling on about my BT broadband account, which is odd since I've never had one! When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he abruptly cut the line. Definitely a dodgy character. Keep your wits about you, folks!
