Had an odd phone call from a woman who claimed her name was Sarah, although her accent was unmistakably thick and South Asian. She was prattling on about some supposed computer service. Somebody called me saying my computer had loads of viruses and there was a big fault detected. I shouted back saying my computer was fine and this was obvious scam. She kept cutting me off but I wasn’t having it! I ended the call but then she rang me again! Did the same thing, raised my voice and told her off. I’m sure they’ll be back in a few days though. If everyone knows this number’s a con, why isn’t anything being done? It’s really frustrating!

Got a call from a polite gentleman with an Indian accent claiming to be from tech support. I called it out as a scam and ended the call. Then, surprisingly, he called me back asking why I believed it was a scam! I was lost for words. Did he seriously expect me to help him fine-tune his scam routine? Or thought that asking would make him sound more credible? Either way, I just ended the call again.

Got a call from this number earlier, some woman claiming to be from 'online support' saying my computer had serious problems. I told her to save the hassle and that I'd just hand over my bank details so she could empty my account straight away. She went totally rude and started arguing with me. I hung up and blocked the number. Absolute scumbags, no idea how they can live with themselves. Proper nasty people.

Give this number a buzz, 07392 489170. The lady’s called Natalie Beswick and she’s up for some fun or whatever. She’s got a profile on Fab Swingers under “hot and cold,” and the picture matches her Facebook one. She does shows on Kam and takes Amazon or PayPal tokens. Last night I saw her shove 4 pool balls up there. I've met her twice now, once with just me and her, and another time her girlfriend joined us - had a brilliant time. Ended up going off with both of them. She said the next time would be even madder, so can’t wait to see what she’s got planned!

I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent, saying she was from Microsoft or some online security firm linked to Windows. Her accent was very precise, especially with her consonants, and she seemed pretty insistent when she rang back after I hung up the first time. She came across as quite composed and didn’t get flustered when I joked about why someone so well-spoken would bother with scams. Honestly, don’t get taken in by it!

I was having a right battle with my computer and the internet was playing up something chronic. It was a bit of a struggle to catch what was being said, but the constant noise in the background suggested a whole heap of calls were going on. I let the woman on the other end know that I recognised it as a scam and that I’d be hanging up. She was rather insistent that I hear her out, trying to get her point across. Eventually, when it dawned on her that I wasn't interested in continuing the conversation, she simply said her goodbyes.

I received a phone call from someone with a bit of a foreign twang, claiming to represent Microsoft's tech support. He started rattling on about how my computer was riddled with viruses and that my hard drive was in a terrible state. He insisted he could fix everything if I just let him access my computer. Some woman called me claiming she was from Microsoft support, telling me my Windows computer was infected with a virus and that I needed to sit down and follow her steps to fix it. I got a call from someone claiming to be online support, asked for the name of the person who used to have Windows installed. It freaked me out a bit because they actually knew my dad's name, even though he moved out ages ago and it’s still on their records. I told the woman straight up that it was a scam and suggested they find a better way to spend their time than targeting vulnerable folks. Honestly, the longer you keep them chatting, the less opportunity they have to hassle others who might actually fall for it.
