Just got a call from 07731 225328, theyre using O2 mobiles now. Its a classic HM Revenue & Customs scam. The recording was weird, telling you to pay back £2000 in tax. They never mention your name, NI number, or where you live. If they ask for any personal info, dont share it.

Rubbish call claiming to be from "One Planet" or maybe "Wun Planet" (hard to hear properly, sounded like a dodgy call centre). They asked about what mobiles we use. I said I wasn't interested and told them we don't have any company phones, then I ended the call. Total waste of time!

Wasn't sure which company he said he was with, but he kept asking what kind of phone I use, like if it was an iPhone or Android. I kept saying I wasn’t going to share that info but he wouldn’t back down. I had to get quite firm and say no, I’m not giving you details about my phone since you called a business number, then he just ended the call. Definitely don’t pick up if this number rings you.

Called a mobile network firm. I told the lady I was fine and she snapped back with “listen to me”. Then when I said I was happy with her attitude, she straight up told me to “GO TO HELL” and hung up on me. Rang the number again to ask what was going on and she repeated that I should “GO TO HELL”. I've been bombarded with calls from these chaps today-15 times in total, and each time it was a different number! They claimed to be from Phone Planet and gave me an address: 6 Woodygrarth Road, Leeds LS6 4SG. It's quite disappointing, to be honest, because there is a legitimate shop with the same name, although it isn't located in Leeds at all. What a hassle!

I'm really relieved that I stumbled upon this! It turns out my other half has been caught up in the same con as well. We were sent both an iPhone and a Samsung, and now they've claimed it was all a mix-up! They've even gone as far as sending us a returns label so we can 'exchange' them for the correct items. Not a chance! I'm definitely getting in touch with the service providers. What a right mess this is!

I've had a rather unfortunate experience with a company named Phone Planet. Instead of the sim-only package I ordered, they sent me an iPhone. I swiftly returned it, but now I'm being pursued by O2, demanding payment for a contract I've never signed up for-it's an absolute con! I strongly advise steering clear of them.
