Really clever phishing trick! They went after an actual company with a proper store and created a fake website. I kept a lovely Indian lady chatting on the phone for about 40 minutes using made-up info. She got really mad and started swearing once she figured out she’d been tricked. These folks are **** - be cautious if you get calls from Mobiles Care Ltd or anything like that.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the National Debt Agency, speaking in a really threatening Indian accent. Definitely not legitimate, especially since today’s the state funeral for the Queen. No chance they'd be calling now.

Got a call from this number earlier. The person said they were from some government dept offering support for debt issues. I cut them off quick and said, "Wouldn't you want to check if I actually owe money before going on?" They hesitated, so I just said cheers and hung up. Blocked the number right away. Definite spam, stay away!

Got a call that said they were from London, but most of London was shut for the Queen’s funeral. They said they were with some government debt help team (if they're really after people in debt, that's awful). I told the guy, who had an Indian accent, that I don’t have any debt I can’t manage, and that he was calling a number on the TPS list. He just hung up. If the firm that rang me sees this, I hope you’ve stopped your calls pronto and got fined heavily enough to shut you down for good.

Somebody rang me saying they were from a mobile provider but refused to tell me which one. They kept pushing that they could help save my business money, even after I told them a few times that I’m not the right person to talk to about this. I ended up just hanging up and then blocked and reported the number.

Mobiles Care LTD was saying they had 4 iPhone 13 128GB with unlimited everything plus free insurance and a free upgrade with O2. They told me to buy out my current contract whcih was over £3k to get it for £94 inc vat a month on a 24 month deal which comes to £2,256 in total. Sounds like a proper rip off to me, total SCAM!

Watch out for the number 0203 093 9972 claiming to be mobiles care - it’s a total rip off! I checked with my network provider and they confirmed it’s a scam. They’ll nab your details, send you some random phone that’s not what you ordered, then tell you to send it back to a dodgy address. Once they’ve got the phone, they hit you with a 2-year contract bill. If you find yourself in this mess, don’t send the phone back to the address they give. Instead, get in touch directly with your actual mobile service provider, like Vodafone or whoever you use.
