I received a call inquiring if I had been involved in a car accident. When I responded, I was met with a dreadful automated system. Shortly after, the line switched to what seemed to be him talking directly, but honestly, the connection was terrible. It felt as though he were operating the buttons for the automated service himself while chattering away! Quite the perplexing experience, if you ask me.
