They say they're Tycoon Consulting - experts in accident claims. Annoying recorded calls that have been bothering me for like 2 years now. I keep blocking their number, but they just switch it up every few weeks.

Received a bothersome call regarding car accident insurance-I've since added them to my block list.

I reckon it’s not a scam, just a proper business cold calling at random. Still doesn’t stop me being annoyed about them pestering me over an accident that never even happened though.

020 3055 9158 - dodgy insurance accident call. About five years back I was just a witness to a crash and shared my info with Admiral Insurance for that only, never made any claim myself or had any accidents. Ever since, I've been bombarded with calls from loads of firms about some "recent accident" Ive supposedly been in. Looks like Admiral, the only lot I've ever given my number to (I’m very careful about who gets it), must have passed my details about somewhere else.

This could be REALLY DANGEROUS! I know of tech that uses speech synthesis to copy anyone’s voice exactly. They need a voice sample to do it. If the people behind this number get private info about someone, maybe through a cyber breach, they could use that to make a text-to-speech version of the person’s voice that sounds totally real. This call might be trying to snag a voice clip to make that happen. If you’ve been called by this number before, I’d seriously recommend NOT PICKING UP - it might put you in a really risky spot!!!

I get calls on both my mobile and landline. I'm disabled and find it really annoying having to get up to answer them, total pain in the neck.

Had pretty much the same thing happen to me. I asked what car I was meant to have had an accident with, but she just cut me off. When I tried calling the number back, it just says it’s not a valid number.

They go by Plan B, trying to pull a car crash scam.
