I think this might be the same firm that got into legal trouble for fraud a few months back. It hasn't deterred them at all - they ring me around twice every month, using different phone numbers. Honestly, the best thing is just to hang up straight away and block whoever calls.

I've had them ringing me a bunch of times, all with that annoying automated message that tries to sound like a real person, which is just ridiculous. This time, I decided to let it run and see what nonsense they were trying to push. Turns out they claimed I'd been in a car crash that wasn’t my fault. I told them no, and then the woman asked when it supposedly happened! So I said, "It never did, stop calling me with your dumb recorded message," and then it just cut off on me :p Fingers crossed they leave me alone now!
