Good day! I was wondering if you could share the results of your interactions with this company. Have these individuals managed to infiltrate your computer and misuse your credit cards? I'm feeling quite anxious about the possibility of having put myself and my computer at risk.

We received a call from someone claiming that our computer had a virus, and they directed us to their website for repairs. However, we decided against proceeding as we weren’t certain about their legitimacy.

We’ve been trying to reach out to them, hoping for a natter sooner rather than later. Once we finally get through, we can then crack on with sorting things out.

For the past three and a half years, we've been inundated with calls from this number, seeking someone we’ve never even heard of! We’ve tried every approach in the book-from nicely requesting to be taken off their list to bluntly informing them that the individual they’re looking for has passed away. Do they not grasp the situation? When I inquired about speaking with someone who might help in getting our number removed, they just handed me another number to ring. What a right palaver!

Whatever you do, don't share your bank information with them! It's all a massive scam. We've had a run-in with the same number, and they claimed our computer was infested with over 40,000 viruses! Can you believe it? They wanted us to fork out £60 for some so-called lifetime virus protection-sounded far too ridiculous to consider! We promptly ended the call and decided to contact Microsoft's UK support line. They assured us it was nothing more than a downright fraud!

Blimey, you've fallen for a right trick! It’s an utter scam/fraud, no doubt about it. We received a call from the same number, and these cheeky blighters claimed our computer was riddled with over 40,000 viruses! They had the audacity to ask for a £60 fee for some so-called lifetime virus protection. Honestly, it sounded far too good to be real! We swiftly hung up on them and, shortly after, gave Microsoft UK a bell. Turns out, it’s all a load of rubbish!

Our laptop was absolutely riddled with viruses and could possibly crash at any moment-within just six hours, in fact! We handed over 65 quid for their help.
