This number has been driving me nuts lately. It rings almost every day, and this has been going on for weeks now. Most of the time it shows up as "London, England" on my phone, but once it popped up as coming from "Mexico". I reckon it’s some dodgy call centre messing with the caller ID to trick you into picking up. I even tried blocking the number, but annoyingly, they still manage to get through somehow! On Saturday, it rang me about 10 times straight, felt like they had me on speed dial. Received a call from this number claiming I was in some kind of accident. I asked the lady for the name they had on file because I've been getting loads of messages and calls meant for someone else, but the same name always pops up. She just kept going through her script and then suddenly ended the call. The voice was a young English woman.

Got a call earlier but didn’t pick up. The caller ID said ‘London’, which is strange since I’m based in Liverpool. Usually, my number is private, so I rarely get those pesky scam calls every day. Somehow, this one got past my usual filters. I’ve blocked the number now and would recommend you block it too.

I recently received a call from a company called “Faster Claims” about a claim linked to an accident I supposedly had. When I asked "Where did you get my details from?" the lady paused, said "Alright" like she was thinking it over, then just ended the call. I tracked down a website that seems to match this company; the info there was pretty vague. I sent them an email asking the same thing at '[email protected]'. Looks like it might be connected to a US-based firm. Is it okay to push them with questions like that? Feels a bit awkward, but I’d like some answers.

I didn't say anything just to see what was going on. After asking me again, the line went dead when I still didn’t reply.

Tried ringing back and got a recorded message from the phone company saying the number's been disconnected. They mentioned something about the calls being "spoofed" and not actually coming from their network. Seems like scammers are using this number without permission. The caller called themselves Fast Claim.

I had a laugh telling them a wild story about a bad car accident in GTA but acted like it actually happened. They seemed to buy it even when I said I was chasing 4 gangsters with my mates and cops were after us. I described doing a stunt jump into the airport, crashing into a building after the police rammed us, and we all got injured. Then we hobbled to a helicopter and flew away. Apparently, they said that’s cause for a claim because of road conditions and other drivers. They told me to screw off once I started chuckling.
