So, they asked me to either pay the full price for the BA flight to Accra or get my money back. I asked for a refund of £490, but I’ve still got nothing back. I’ve talked to Jacob, the manager, his assistant, and Cheryl from sales and accounts - all of whom are Asian, but use English names.
