At precisely 13:26 on the 1st of August, 2014, this number rang me. All I could hear at first was a sort of indistinct chatter, like the caller was in some sort of bustling office environment. Then, after hanging on for around twenty seconds, I heard a distinct beep, and just like that, the call cut off completely. Quite odd, really.
