I've had quite a few calls this past week from a recorded voice saying they're from BT's tech support. I've been ignoring them, but my missus decided to listen and said they claimed our internet would be cut off the next day. Funny thing is, we keep getting the same message day after day. My advice? Just hang up straight away and if possible, block the number.
