An irritating chap from India phoned me claiming our ‘British Gas’ deal was about to run out. I told him it wasn’t up for renewal and asked who had actually signed the existing contract. After a brief pause, he said ‘Mr David’. There’s no one called David at my company, first or last name. I pointed this out to him, told him all his info was wrong, and ended the call. The number’s blocked now.

i keep getting calls from someone claiming to be with national grid, saying they can sort out my business electric bill. odd thing is, they somehow knew i’m in a dispute with my provider right now but when i asked who they actually were, they wouldn’t tell me their company name or give any real info. it felt really sketchy and harassing.
