Got a call from someone named Rachel Kim claiming to be from Microsoft Reading - total scam alert! She said if I didn’t follow her instructions, I wouldn’t be able to use my computer anymore. Then she rattled off a bunch of random letters and numbers that she said was some sort of ID for my PC. I told her I was actually rushing to a funeral and couldn’t waste time on this nonsense. She got really pushy, insisting it was serious and not a scam, and kept trying to ring me back. I just told her to buzz off! 😡😡 These calls are the worst, honestly!

I got a call from 01995545004, a woman speaking with a strong Indian accent. She said she was from O2 and claimed I’d been picked for a special discount on my phone bill. She mentioned she’d already sent me a couple of texts and asked me to check the first one to verify my information. It was clear to me right away that it was a scam, so I just ended the call.

So, I got a call from someone claiming to be Boots, asking if I wanted to buy a new pair of shoes or some shoe polish. Bit funny really, because everyone knows Boots is mostly a chemist, not somewhere to get shoes from! Must be a scammer who got their facts wrong.

My phone buzzed but the call dropped right when it got to my voicemail. Feels like it was one of those dodgy scam calls.

Got a call from this number around 9 o'clock today but didn't answer it. Even though it says it's from Garstang, I reckon it's actually a call centre in India using a UK number through some digital system. Seems dodgy to me.

I got a call about 8.30 in the morning, which is definitely not when I'm at my finest. Luckily, when I picked up, there was no one on the other end.

Got a call from a lady with a really heavy Indian accent, said she was with Microsoft Support. She asked if I was the primary user of the computer. When I questioned why she needed to know that, she just cut me off. Definitely a scammer.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was from Microsoft tech support. He asked for me by name and wanted to know if the computer was mine. I told him it wasn't, it belongs to the library. When he asked again if the computer was mine, I told him I just use the library’s and don’t have internet at home. He hung up pretty quick after that, clearly realising he wasn't gonna get anything. I’ve had internet for yonks but never once had a legit call from Microsoft themselves.

Got a call on my phone from 01995545004, a lady with a pretty thick Indian accent. She said something about Currys but I couldn't catch the rest, asked her to say it again a few times, then she just hung up on me. Blocked the number straight away. That’s the third annoying call I’ve had today, so frustrating!

There was so much noise in the background, sounded like a busy call centre or something. As soon as I answered with a hello, they just hung up on me.

I got a call from someone with a thick Indian accent claiming to be my phone network provider. Right away, I figured it was dodgy. The line was rubbish too, barely caught what they said after the first sentence. I just told them "sorry love, no idea what you're on about" and ended the call. Pretty obvious scam in my book!

I got a call from a woman with a thick Indian accent claiming she was from Microsoft. She told me my computer was infected with a serious problem and needed to get access to it. When I refused, she insisted that my account would get blocked if I didn’t cooperate! Quite the scam if you ask me.

Just spotted a feature on my iPhone that automatically mutes and sends any caller not in my contacts straight to voicemail. If it’s someone important, they’ll just leave a message anyway. Finally, no more annoying spam calls!

Got calls from some dodgy lot claiming they were from EE, trying to get me to upgrade my plan. After that, the phone just kept ringing from numbers like 020 4599 6873, 020 4599 6872, 028 9720 4065 and 01997 617858. The bloke on the end had a really thick Indian accent. Proper scammy stuff!

So, this number rang right after I ignored three calls in a row from +44 28 9410 6346, which I didn’t pick up. They said they were with o2, but I just hung up straight away. Seems like it’s all from the same VoIP setup. I’ve already blocked it and reported it - don’t trust these calls!
