Received a call around 09:12 from a man speaking with a weird foreign accent claiming to be from BT. I asked him who he was but all I could hear in the background was noise like a call centre. When I asked again, he just hung up. The number showed up as Garstang maybe? Seriously, BT, you need to hire better people or improve your training. Also, how about putting a 1471 service on suspicious calls so that those fake ones get blocked before they waste paying customers’ time?
