Somebody said they were from BT Openreach, trying to check my router. I’m actually with Virgin Media, but they kept insisting there was an issue with the hub and told me to look at the wifi and lights on it. Strange thing, they claimed to be in charge of all the wifi equipment! Didn’t hang about though, just ended the call because it didn’t feel right.
